Yesterday at the Montreal International Jazz Festivaltreal, at the Spectrum (1000 seats), where cameras were installed for a TV documentary, the Brazilian singer gave an even better performance than the previous day at the Wilfrid-Pelletier ( a 3500-seat concert hall known for being difficult to get a rise out of) where she was rewarded with a standing ovation for her 45 minute set opening for Cesaria Evora.  A delight of natural presence and music. Bia sings with all her heart, soul and body.
